What started as a group of mothers trying to get back to looking and feeling young again has turned into something truly special. Di'Andre's Group Training Sessions include both men and women that come together to push one another towards their own individual goals. This high intensity workout incorporates strength, flexibility, and conditioning together for the perfect mix of a total body workout. No matter the fitness level you are currently at, you can train in these group sessions and see consistent results. Accommodations are made for those with disabilities and limitations but the work still goes on. The energy in this group is electric from start to finish, as Di’Andre facilities everyone's needs while having fun as a group.

I hadn’t worked out on a consistent basis in over a year. One of my old coworkers asked me to join her in a group training. I was so scared to join, but still went. Let’s just say, after that first workout I was hooked and still continue to go. DiAndre has an uplifting and positive personality. The time spent working out ends up being fun, time passes so quickly. The variety in workouts he puts together really helps to trick the body too. I have seen major results since I started.
